To The Staff of Alec's Shoe Store:

I recently stopped in to your store to pick up a new pair of running shoes. I had never been to Alec's Shoes, and only chose to visit your store instead of going to the mall because my father reccomended it.

Not only was I impressed with the selection of running shoes that you had available, but I was impressed with the way that I was treated. I don't remember the name of the man who helped me, but I must say that I have never been treated so well at a retail store. He asked me questions about how often and how far I run, measered BOTH of my feet, measured my arch, and even asked me about any joint and back pain I may have been experiencing. He took this information and made specific reccomendations about brands and sizing.

I have been running for years, but I was surprised at how little I knew about running shoes! In the end I went home with a great pair of shoes from a brand I had never tried. I am extremely happy with my new shoes - they fit my feet better than any other running shoes I have owned.

I wanted to thank you all for my happy shopping experience!
